Thank you so much for your very prompt service when I had furnace problems Friday, February 19, 2021. Your heating specialist devised an ingenious plan to thaw our frozen vent pipe and restore our furnace. He advised us on the proper filter, and cautioned us to get a carbon monoxide alarm immediately, which we did. Also, he informed us that one of your plumbers could fix our indoor heat, but then he diagnosed the solution: batteries! LOL! We are ever so grateful that a potentially very expensive problem was resolved so fast and for only $100.
